Honestly, knowing math and physics is overrated to be a good debater. What you actually need to do is actually consider the fucking evidence and actually point out flaws based on the evidence.

Does Elden Ring Magic actually uses actual Cosmic Phenomena? Does Rahdan actually hold back Stars with his Gravity? Is he changing Day to Night on his own power?

And a debater should consider if it's wrong based on what the game tells you or shows you.
That's it.

The fact that Justicar didn't even put up a modicum of actual effort and just went "It's wrong because I said so" is not a good rebuttal and thus should just be ignored wholesale.
Simple as that, this is also why VS. debating is going down the tubes: It's nothing more than "It's wrong because I say it is" and people just accept it without even trying to understand the series they are arguing against or even the feats they are backing up in any way.

The "Ingame Clock doesn't move" argument is valid... only because you can state the developers didn't want to constantly fuck with it for only one major part of Rahndan's battle(Not the first time that has happened before).

Just reminds me of the typical shit you see of people trying to use Game Engine Limitations on why this attack doesn't show a destroyed Universe and shit.

miyazaki is historically also really specific about game mechanics being a part of the lore, so the only reason I’m inclined to handwave the clock is because the visuals are so specifically in contradiction of it and require many more leaps in logic to justify than the clock just being wrong during this fight


see in order for it to be night and Radahn just disperses the rot, the following has to also happen: the rot returns to the area and then inexplicably leaves at night, returning during the day where it looks exactly like the wailing dunes fight

OR wailing dunes must look like the night animation at all times because the rot has cleared from the area

the second is not true, and the first is borderline impossible at best and never suggested by the game at all

it’s far more likely this is one of the few times From missed a small detail

Xeno Goku is actually stronger than his DBS version and has immunity to far more hax by comparison.
Nasuverse is beyond fucked but considering how SB legit believes that BLACKED Frieza isn't Universal due to taking statements the wrong way...
 
Even if the people he mentioned actually were universal, would Goetia even "shitstomp" them neccessarily?

They either don't understand or refuse to understand the concept of something being so sturdy even bits of it require insane levels of force to destroy.
That's been SB's thing despite not only do plenty of fictional shows do the same thing but even real life has metals so strong, you need absurd levels of forces to even break them.
 
I am a bit confused though, how is Goetia's full AAS supposed to destroy the Chaos Tide if its effectively infinite in terms of eventual output?

She meant destroying it AT ALL, not the entire thing. SB somehow interprets that into believing you need AAS to destroy it all which utterly shows how stupid they are in not understanding something so basic.

He's honestly not wrong, especially since Nursery Rhyme just brought up the classic "island level" Machine God Artemis argument
 

They always do that shit though despite it making no sense whatsoever.
Shiva can destroy the Universe with his 3rd Eye because that's what he's meant to do, it's literally explained that it's basically a hax(A hax that backfired when it came to when he used it against Kama so no shit he wouldn't against Sefar) but just like with Machine God Artemis, they pretend that they are being "Fair" with Machine God Artemis attack being only Island level despite the absurd amount of times it tells you it can gouge through Planets.

It's worse as it was actually stated that Atlantis is just a Texture to Olympus and thus Artemis' statement still stands.

It being a Dyson Sphere does not inherently limit its output to that of a sun, what the fuck are you on about?

Especially since Chaos eclipses characters who do have the output of a star at the very least.
