How do you do that? The "Magic" literally comes from Lavos, Lavos literally engineered Mankind to be as strong as they are and it even beefed up the Planet itself.
It really shows SB has some bias against Fantasy Worlds and absolutely nothing about it makes sense.
According to SB, the fact that it was "magic" meant that it did not necessarily involve cause and effect or energy, and so therefore was "lolmagic" and had nothing to do with power.
I'm sure if you've actually played Chrono Trigger (or I dunno, read virtually any fantasy series ever), you'd see this is literally the exact opposite. I literally don't have to explain how dumb it is.

Even giving Accelerator normal PTV is OP, giving him an unrestricted version is just asking most of Toaru to be stomped left and right. He has the power and body to do most of what PTV will ask him. Lavos literally eats the energy from the Planet and did so for millions of years(Which it's kind does so through sheer dispersion) and races that can even remotely exploit some of it's power literally go through insane developments in tech and magic ability.
Schala's Pendant and the Masamune is made from Lavos' power(and the latter CAN drive you insane as seen in Chrono Cross) and those are capable of bullshit-tier things.
