Im in favor of treating RLK as a full neutral regarding the switch, but I know that youre saying this not to force lynch for him, but to explain your weird sus on RLK, which happened early in the pages yeah? No bad blood for ya, just to let you know.
 
I would rather inno-judge RLK because imagine you roll mafia in game like this, I would say its more preferable to play this as a Worm, than scratch away another potential mafia game (and win) lol.
 
HOWEVER, my main conclusion of his previous mafia-edition is that he, Czuek, was very well aware of whats hapenning in the town.

Nevertheless I still consider that taking into account that scums were supposedly aware on that, the Sharter reactions are not good.

1. He didn't know on the possible replacement if not scum.
2. This list is mostly lolcatting, however also made for reactions check.
3. List is on 4 mafia players naming this is full squad.
4. We have 5 mafias on game.
5. On my worldview the first reaction should seek for mentioned Townslip on number of scums (mentioned Level 1)
6. Sharter immidiately go for Level 2 of that - looking if I have excess knowledge on the replacement of RDL-not-realized-slot.

As of that it looks for me that player which wanted to be replaced is indeed a scum and Sharter approached with TMI and bad faith.
 
And ISO of him here, at the start, should be checked under the conditions how well he feels in that city, if he feel alienated, if hes fucking around withiout any sort of agenda. If thats Yes on those checkmarks, then he should be inno.

I don't quite get it.
Feels alienated = more likely to be town?
 
So if Czueku went weird, and wasn't well perceived by town, and he is playing individual weird game, then more chances for town here.

Don't think you can really read into someone not knowing wtf you were talking about anyway. Figured it was something like this
 
With the PRL edition he was feeling very well with every happening and whats was happening, although he trolled and make some fake random actions.

Nevertheless my read on Sharter is not only connected with this.

You cant. Votes are counted by GM. You would have to somehow filter out every post with word "Vote" bolded and then count for yourself.
