In short

1) we can have mc in the mafia
2) i have shit reads so they're holding off the double kill for end of game
3) ginger had some good reads that were more dangerous than my game

What did Ginger say about them? I will compare his list with mine. Also if you are Angel and Malkor is vanilla town then I think you will get avoided before doc/vig dies as it should be mafs top priority
