Yubel should win easy.
Sacred Beasts would kind of shut Bakura down in a lot of the same ways they would Marik, then you add Armityle on top of that where Yubel can remove all monsters Bakura has for free essentially, and that's assuming that he survived getting attacked for 10,000 points of damage in the first place.
Doesn't even really need its own monster form to win here, it would just add to the torment it's going to inflict on Bakura.
That had specific support (ie the field spell) that Yubel was the only one who ever used, so it would still be considered one of its decks.
