Yeah, that fits with the Interview Toriyama did which confirmed that DB's Heaven is the same size as the DB Living Universe and both are the size of the Observable Universe in RL.

Goku is stated to be the strongest in the entire universe (so stronger than Gohan and Gotenks) and now you have Vegeta up there with him with SSJ3. Yet the Mega and unseen Giga people are too powerful for them to handle
