idk where MCU's sitting at lol

battle takes place in xhom's basement

Drizzt did fight against the Balor Errtu. Balor's are on par with Ancient Dragons. So city level to island level. Imix the Elemental Prince of Fire with the same CR as a Balor can do this.
A dry, baking heat wave strikes the region within 10 miles of Imix’s location. At first, effects are minorgrass turns brown, animals become listless, work and travel become very tiring. The longer Imix remains, the worse the heat becomes; after 5 days, crops die and ponds dry up; after 10 days, unprotected livestock dies, and wells and small rivers dry up; after 20 days, large lakes and rivers are reduced in depth by 20 feet and shrink accordingly.

Other archomentals with their terrain effects.
Earth tremors strike the region within 10 miles of Ogremoch’s location every 2d12 hours, each lasting 1d10 rounds. At first, damage is minor—broken windows, cracked plaster, items toppled off shelves. The longer Ogremoch remains, the stronger the tremors become. After 5 days, the tremors are strong enough to destroy flimsy structures. After 10 days, they are strong enough to destroy ordinary wooden buildings. After 20 days, they can seriously damage or destroy reinforced or fortified structures.

Violent downpours become frequent within 10 miles of the lair. A downpour occurs once every 2d12 hours, and lasts 1d3 hours. Downpours are so heavy that creatures moving overland travel at half normal speed.

Gale force winds tear across the landscape in a 5-mile radius, whisking away small or light objects, disman tling roofs and fences, tearing branches from trees, and making flight impossible. Small and Medium creatures move at half speed through the wind; Tiny creatures exposed to the wind are carried away with it at a rate of 40 feet per round unless they succeed at a DC 15 Strength (Athletics) check.

Errtu also commands his own layer in the Abyss.

In Dark Alliance, Drizzt has additional abilities like Sphere of Darkness (Conjure an unblockable sphere of darkness that slowly advances and deals base necrotic damage. Has 25% chance to inflict Frightened and deals slight stamina destruction.), Dark Hands (Unleash an unblockable accursed hand of darkness that scrapes at the ground, dealing base necrotic damage. Has high virulence factor and has 60% chance to inflict Cursed when connecting.), Gloom Splash (Follow up a sword strike with the release of a high-damaging burst of base necrotic damage summoned from the Astral Plane. Has a 75% chance to inflict Weakened, refills Slow-Recoverable Stamine, stamina destruction on the last hit and high chip damage.), Well of Darkness (Create a vortex of darkness that damages monsters in a large radius and drains their stamina. Has a 55% chance to inflict Frightened and replenishes Slow-Recoverable stamina.), Dark Portal (Summon an unblockable portal of darkness that swallows monsters and deals base Necrotic damage. Has a 70% chance to inflict Cursed and fills Ultimate meter by 2%.), Cloud of Daggers (Drizzt is surrounded by a swarm of flying daggers. Daggers deal damage and inflict Bleeding.) and Blink (Drizzt enters the Ethereal plane, becoming Invisible. Dealing damage immediately ends the effect, though taking damage does not. When exiting Invisible, Drizzt gains Precision Strikes.)

Late response but there's actually a fair amount of evidence that would put Drizzt a fair bit higher. For one he entered epic level territory after his monk training (and was listed as being within epic tier in 4e). As for Errtu, he specifically was part of the original Type VI demons, along with the original Balor, so he should be comparable. 3e has balors that can easily enter epic level territory, in the mechanics becoming huge-sized in the process. Which actually fits rather well with 4e balors being in both epic tier (comparable to the Aspect of Loth, even!) and huge-size. Which considering Errtu's status should likely apply to him as well.

Deer Lord did do a speed calc for Kezef the Chaos Hound at quintillions times the speed of light. It's CR rating is 21.

Truth be told I completely forgot about that. I had initially thought Kezef was on the higher end of epic level, intended to match the gods of the setting, but nope. Turns out he's much lower on the totem pole than I thought.

Forgotten Realms out here not needing Nentir Vale+cosmology scaling to be getting them insane speed buffs :hestonpls

His version of Teleport without error isn’t teleporting just running with near-limitless speed. Would this mean if he did this in front of a melee combatant wouldn't that set-off attack of opportunity via using your reaction to attack? Or better yet someone with War Caster feat or Polearm Master (If you are wielding a polearm, hostile creatures provoke opportunity attacks from you when they enter the 10 ft reach of the weapon via if Kezef runs in front of someone) feat?

I don't see why not. :hm

nier and atem on their way to find some random statement in an rpg and upgrade the fodder to mftl+ universe busters :mjpls

He can 100% be tagged during it, yes.

You say that but Demiurges in 4E are just psions/other psionic characters who create their own setting with their own pantheons. Becoming straight up Overgod level in the process.

Granted this all happens during what is essentially an epilogue but it's worth something.

what the actual fuck :mjlol

Not sure how big Errtu’s layer/realm is. Apparently has giant mushrooms in his layer that sounds similar to Juiblex's and Zuggtmoy's layer.

probably infinite in size.
Fiendish Codex I (which is all about demons and the Abyss) actually states that while the Abyss itself is infinite, the layers themselves can be either finite or infinite in size.
3EMcoVl.png

It actually details a handful of layers in that very chapter, with layers such as Demonweb being infinite and Thanatos being finite, for example.

Also not really relevant to the thread topic but it also made a direct power comparison between demon lords and lesser gods, which I had to include because that's a pretty nice buff right there. Not that these comparisons haven't been made before but they were usually in reference to Orcus, Demogorgon, or Lolth.

So I guess that'd mean destroying the entire Abyss wouldn't technically be a multiversal+ feat? :hm

Not that I think that's relevant, but I just wanted to clarify.
