toeiland pcell tier chars at that point are solar system+/at least galaxy+ (when we compare him with m8 broly, in the movies version, since pcell and m8 lssj broly are about on the same tier, plus m8 broly and hatchiyack are peers too) and mftl attack speed/reactions, yes, before spazzing, for those who do it, hatchiyack has an at least galaxy+ level feat, that has been accepted for a while here now, a thread on the meta land section exists

m10 lssj broly > spcell > hatchi/m8 lssj broly/pcell

yamcha beat with pis olibu, a pikkon tier char, but still, toeiland yamcha is that strong, it is what it is, toeiland gave some absurd zenkais to almost everyone, even on the non saiyan cast
