Favorite D-List Comic Villains?

I’ve been thinking a lot about a certain villain lately. That villain being the Spider-Man Baddie, The Spot.

This goofy ass name motherfucker is only ever threatening every once in a blue moon, but when he is threatening it is glorious.

The Spot chopping off Winter Soldier’s metal arm with a portal and beating the absolute shit out of him

Making Spider-Man punch himself

And casually snapping people’s necks without saying a word

So what other D-Listers are out there that actually have some cool moments?
