Tru, also a fact that they could very well be prioritizing dedicated servers over our measly VPS
Looks like they finally replied back to me. Our server seems to be in good shape, but they also mentioned that the cluster our server sits on is still experiencing networking issues, which doesn't seem to be the case for us. Good news is better than no news I guess!
