I'd say LE Kyle is just below Godstorm John.
That Source connection should scale John to just about everything in DC, but as it doesn't seem to be a full connection or John becoming the Source himself and hasn't really been tested to its fullest yet, I'd say scaling John to just above LE Kyle is the best bet with what we have at the moment.

But yeah, John is now the strongest Lantern

Finally got to Grant Morrison's run for DC, at JLA #3 now

In terms of feats it's been more barren compared to Zero Hour, most impressive thing is White Martians can mess with the Earth's weather patterns in JLA and Cyborg Superman accessed the power output of an entire planet in Trial of Superman. Superman got his first solid MFTL+ feat in Trial of Superman it seems. He even noted this is the fastest he has ever gone.

Jurgens Thor has some insane showings of endurance. Like taking multiple back-to-back beatdowns from Mangog and still having enough energy to come back, overpower Mangog, and force his hammer down his throat, eviscerating his insides. Otherwise, It's just the standard stuff, galactic teleportation, contending with other heralds, etc. Iirc, I don't think his run introduced any new hax for him either. Unless you count amped states and forms.

Mangog himself can vary in power wildly due to multiple factors, so It's best to just limit him to each iteration's showings.
