1. Not sure how first appearance Imperfect Cell stacks up to the Androids 17 & 18 or pre-Kami Fusing Piccolo, I'd give him the edge though its more legitimately 50/50 either way.

I'm mean that was the whole thing at the start of the Buu saga is Gohan wasn't up to par with his Cell Games self and he was still>Goten and Trunks

Post RoSaT is a different story, they are much stronger, strong enough that base Gotenks > SSJ Gotenks pre-RoSaT, might be more than enough to close the gap and > PC, SPC IDK tho

anyways, Piccolo was intimidated by their pre-RoSaT power…..so they probably clear the first 5 or 6 anyways lol

Goten and Trunks were so much stronger than 18 that she got scared from a ki blast that Trunks specifically held back to not kill her. Gohan even struggled a bit against Goten in SS1 and was scared that he might be surpassed soon.

So even semi-perfect Cell is no match for either of them. Perfect Cell would probably mid-diff either of them 1v1, but high diff them if it's 2v1. Super Perfect Cell stomps them to the ground however.
