They're 1. Low activity in a gamestate thats more favorable to them, something I havent seen as scum 2. They're in a tough spot and they're not really playing the game 3. They're not taking any horrible approaches this game 4. Their reads are roughly accurate + I see a natural progression

Basically if Melkor was town I don't expect him to be able to claim Seraph on Magic and then not be interfered with in some way or form
Would be trivially easy for example to block him, kill Magic, and set him up for a frame if he was town. So I think it's a bit convenient that hasn't happened and probably helps serve his fake claim
