I ask this question because of these two videos I found:
In the first video, we see bullets shot from Blue Rose (a modified Smith and Wesson 500 revolver) travel much slower under the effects of Ragtime. Eyeballing it, it looks like a single bullet takes about a second or two to travel across the barrel but it's hard to see because the camera isn't to the side and constantly moving around. In the second video we see Vergil moving around in addition to slashing numerous times. I counted about 40 or so slashes because I didn't feel like opening a video editor to look through frames, not that it matters since the camera's closer than normal and we're likely missing several others. Though it takes about 7 seconds for all of this while under Ragtime, and assuming Vergil's actively moving to each location (as implied by the afterimages), as well as the normal in-game duration of JCE itself (which is about 1/10th of a second, assuming only the 'attacking' part), it's at least a MHS feat on its own. But I'm curious as to what a more accurate number would be, taking the first clip into account.
I don't expect any big upgrades for DMC coming (at the absolute most another sub-rel feat) from this but it'd be nice to know.
