Hydra (god of war 1) vs Heracles (god of war 3)

Both fought in the myths so thought it was a interesting thread
however in the gow games, kratos kills the hydra and it never meets hercules

Kratos beat the Hydra before he even became a God, whereas God Of War Kratos needed to take Heracles' guantlets off him and use them against him in order to actually kill him

Heracles stomps.

Herakles within that storyline probably beat the hydra considering it's part of his myth.
