A TLDR of his feats (will add the panels of him crunching the cosmology into a single universe later, was trying to find the episode)
Just gonna dump the important parts here of the cosmology of the verse. Jayk has the rest of the stuff about Aghanim and Clasz that i haven't read yet :mjlol

Size of the main universe
Invoker with the Forge made by the Dragon Souls was capable of crunching all of this shit into a single universe.

For speed, his Forge self scales to Weaver, which does this shit:

These were accepted by Endless Mike way back when iirc

I know you guys have posted Dota feats before but I have no clue where they're at can you summarize or send a link my way

nvm. I'll come back to this
I dunno the name of the tier required for this tbh, but tldr:
The verse is composed of 15 universes, and each one fractures into an infinite number of alternate versions at every moment. The Forge allows him to manipulate that cosmology to his own desire. He used it to nuke the entire thing while other characters had it restore everything back to how it was.
The universes themselves are finite afaik, just hilarously big (Mirana's bow entry talks about a "trillion trillion" light years or some shit). His speed also comes from that number. According to Weaver's bio there are creatures that can eat entire universes if left unchecked, so he went with a 1 minute timeframe to calc that.
Outside of that there's also rel+ to FTL shit like Mirana and Luna's attacks travelling from the moon to the earth in seconds. His own Sunstrike which summons a ray from the sun got calced at FTL by Merlight too iirc.

As far as hax goes he can reality warp, teleport, project himself astrally, induce sleep, create illusions to hide his castle, has bfr'd/sealed people inside books and paintings or just outright kicked them off his castle, invisibility, mana burn, etc

He also has some level of mind resistance, as he was unaffected from entering Foulfell, which mindfucked the rest of the party into seeing their worst fears iirc. Basically every hero has resistance to mind control too since they resist and are thus empowered by the Radiant/Dire ores, which can enslave entire towns and turn them into mindless zombies in the later's case.

Really boring answer but as with a lot of cases, they would stop at the 13 original Transformers based on this, but above the Alternity.
The 13 are on some scaling to the 'uncountable infinity of modalities' per timeline and universe clusters are made of many of these, which the 13 have power over. Possibly higher, as The Fallen is the source of all entropy in the multiverse/s and Vector Prime can't die as long as time exists across them, so it seems likely the 13 may be tied to some specific aspect of the multiverse.

Where's the Alternity at? :hm

multiversal to multiversal+ at an absolute high end
they're higher dimensional, 10th-11th, but uhhhhhhh you know how all that goes here :mjlol
There are parallel worlds among the higher dimensions but as it's appeared so briefly in transformers not sure how to really treat it

I think Invoker could take him then

By our standards with the Forge i think he would stand at some form of megaversal+, since each plane is creating infinite versions of itself every second, although it is kinda wonky since some of them like the terrene plane are finite afaik (the whole "trillion trillion light years" statement thing)

Not sure if screwing a single timeline would be enough for that DC.

A single timeline with what we know could qualifiy as a megaverse but megaversal+ demands infinite megaverses.

The Ancients themselves and the likes of Oracle are responsible for the expanse of the multiverse via creating infinite timelines.

I see

Do we know the size of the other planes beyond the terrenal one?
