Ace's main weapon is fire, which is countered by Amaterasu- not because it burns hotter or stronger than Ace's DF powers, but because it has the whole 'fire that can burn fire itself' hax working in its favour. It would burn through Ace's flames very quickly at equal speed and what remains would be negated by Yata Mirror.
Ace also has no counters to Genjutsu, you can argue that flexing Haki would dispel basic genjutsu as flexing your chakra does in Naruto but Itachi's Sharingan Genjutsu and Tsukuyomi both ignore that- meaning he's vulnerable to mental attacks here, which is a heavy disadvantage considering Itachi's very first move tends to be genjutsu.
The only advantage Ace had was superior physical stats and intangibility, but it's restricted here and equalised speed means Itachi has plenty of time to conjure the Susano and hide behind the Yata Mirror by the time Ace even crosses the distance between them. I don't think his physical strength can get past Yata Mirror.
All in all, I think Itachi takes this 9/10.
