Primal should win, TFs still survive reentry in the Bee movies and while they’re smaller than Bayformers bots it’s still a lot more energy than Kong can handle. Even relative fodder like Wheeljack got slammed straight through boulders with no damage.
monsterverse kong would solo any movie transformer besides Unicron. they wouldn’t be able to do anything without significant prep time
