I want to agree but idk what stats go for both them. Its been a while switched I watch either of the two series and I didn't focus on feats. For sento at least in r1 from what I remember he should be relativistic and at least city level and relativistic-ftl for keeping up with Muteki in Sparkling in the crossover movie, unless this is EOS in which case Sparkling is way faster and stronger (all of Kiryu's forms, including base get stronger with higher Hazard levels)

EDIT: + in the show he did fight Evolt at some point in Sparkling in the final battle iirc
