Well, he's about as strong as a low superhuman when it comes to hax but he's loaded with hax. Klein is a powerful Beyonder, technically a God in slumber now. I would only mention his particularly dangerous abilities since his powers are too many to be laid out at once.
True Form- His god form would destroy the mind and soul of anyone who perceives it. The actual god form is an amalgamation of Worms of Spirit that can be separated and he can resurrect himself so long as they exist. He has placed some inside the Sephirah Castle that exists several layers beyond the base universe.
Spirit Threads- He can control spirit body threads which allow him to turn anyone into his marionette by controlling their Soul Body, Astral Projection, Body of Heart and Mind, and Ether Body (soul, mind, concept, will, physical body). He can switch places with his marionettes and resurrect himself through them.
Historical Projections- He can get help from history. One aspect of this allows him to get strength from his past self which turns him into a perpetual motion machine and the other allows him to create historical projections or temporal clones of any person, object, or event he has seen and fully control them which gives him access to a far greater arsenal than any other Beyonder.
He can also enter the Gray Fog of History and hide inside its gaps known as the Historical Void. The grey fog of history is an omnipresent layer that exists in a plane above the universe and records history since the beginning of the universe. Klein can see the past through it and consequently borrow powers from the past because of it.
Miracles- He can perform Miracles using the power of wishes he has accumulated, what this means is that he can basically wrap reality to create miracles that can achieve all kinds of things but the uses of it are limited. An example of a miracle would be his Beyonder characteristics entering the Gray Fog of History and fusing with the Worms of Spirit from the past which effectively resurrects him. Other examples would be teleportation, separating entire cities from reality, tampering with authorities of gods, and reality wrapping in general.
Grafting- He can basically Graft abstract concepts into objects or each other- changing the definition, logic, orientation, and rules of whatever he's manipulating. It is basically a general-purpose concept manipulation that can be used to do anything. For example- he can Graft the concept of two locations together to teleport or Graft the concept of an exploding star to create a supernova out of nowhere.
Concealment- He can use Concealment to create a divine kingdom for himself, this basically is isolating something from space andtime and separating it from reality to isolate something behind a curtain of power. This also makes the concealed object or location impervious to things such as detection or clairvoyance to the point where they are not even recorded in history.
Authorities- As a god, he can use the authorities of the Fool, the Error, and the Door.
- The Fool gives him authority over the concept of fooling everything. Using this he can fool history, time, fate, change, concealment, and the mind. He becomes the Lord of Mysteries and can fool the mind to instantly make targets dumber, fool time to slow it down, and fool fate to increase or decrease the chances of something happening.
- The Door gives authority over space and everything related to the concept of a Door. It allows him to control and gain every power related to travel and reach anywhere in the Real, Astral, and the Spirit world. He becomes the Planeswalker and can destroy space, seal objects, and turn anything into an abstract concept.
- The Error gives him control over the concept of error. He can become an error in reality can fix all Errors and create Errors within everything that seems normal. He becomes the Trojan Horse of Destiny and can instantly steal everything, ignore laws of reality, and create avatars of himself.
Other than that, the Sefirah Castle is an integral part of his being which exists above the four layers of the universe and even the Fog of History and can be used to empower his attacks or directly control the fog. He can directly resurrect inside the Sefirah Castle if killed and send projections to fight in his stead while hiding there- in fact, he always hides parts of his body inside the Sefirah Castle so that he regenerates from them if his main body is killed.
I'm not mentioning the lower sequence powers and the major powers that are not gonna be useful in the fight. But he has law manipulation, mind-manipulation, and several methods of BFR, teleportation, and resurrection. I also want to mention that Klein has various forms of clairvoyance, precognition, and future sight that allow him to see the past, present, and future. He is also a
very smart and competent fighter.
Man is loaded with haxxes and is a cockroach to kill, that's why I placed him in-verse rather than a straight vs. I don't think most magic users or espers are going to be a problem should a fight break out: Question is more of surviving when the high tier take interest in him. Will he survive that and if not, can he amp himself with Toaru cosmology to survive the shit that gets throw out in-verse.
