we have Doomslayer at universe+ due to this https://onelastforum.com/threads/the-security-officer-marathon-vs-doomslayer-doom-eternal.3648/ and the Icon of Sin thing. Multiversal and beyond wasn't accepted because of the Davoth being weakened thing though

Most people on this site consider Asura to be only galaxy level, although there is room to argue for him being at least baseline universal. Though even then Doomslayer would still be well above him though.
Kratos and Dante have both been discussed to death on this site, on all the arguments that could potentially be made towards them being at those levels... and all the ways said arguments have been shut down. Both characters don't even make it to planet level.

I've no issue with Asura being universal IMO (or at least multi-galaxy level+), as IIRC Chakravatin's final explosion dwarves him to the point where he's basically just a dot.
