Made this purely because I'm just curious if Gae Bolg can bypass Love Train, as I don't think Funny really has a wincon and would stalemate otherwise.
 
I don't believe Gae Bolg's Thrust can go past Love Train but that's only a guess as I'm not certain if Causality Reversal is something Love Train can defend against.

Though there are Servants that can hilariously just breach Love Train anyway due to being able to just walk through Dimensions and stuff.
 
Funny Valentine went down from being shot up several times and expiring fast enough

Besides Gae Bolg being a guaranteed stab to the heart pretty sure just the force alone would blow away his entire upper body
 
Oh no I know GB would kill him instantly if it landed I'm more curious if it bypasses Love Train. I may be going off outdated info but I remember hearing something about GB being interfered with by fate/luck manipulation or some shit which Love Train can also do via rejection of misfortune.

Gae Bolg can be countered by strong enough luck to defy fate. Plus there’s the dimensional barrier from Love Train to get through in order to reach Funny V

So no, I don’t see how Gae Bolg can reach him
 
Gae Bolg can be defied if the person is strong enough to screw with the Laws of Physics of the World of Man:


So yeah, put that against how far Luck and Fate works with Love Train and there you go.

It's based on the English Dub of DEEN Stay Night where the ENG VA had no idea how to actually pronounce the names of certain Noble Phantasms and Cu's VA(Who ironically enough, becomes THE Voice Director of the Fate Franchise as well as the few ENG VA that still voices their character) mispronounces Gae Bolg as Gay Bulge in the anime:


It's a well known meme to Nasu fans due to it.
