I don't really know anyone who keeps track of the stats for each of the several TCM timelines so let's say composite movie Leatherface

He is pretty much mildly superhuman.
-Can outran and catch up to young in shape 20 somethings while waving his chainsaw around
-Can casually break bones with his bare hands, lift and ragdoll around adults with one hand, can punch and shatter through wooden walls and doors
-His chainsaw can easily cut through steel and metal. A single swing of his chainsaw removed the entire roof of a car, and cut a motorcycle fork in half
-Survived a point-blank gas explosion from said Motorcycle
-Pain ad injury also doesn't slow him down because of his sadomasochistic upbringing as a cannibal.

I believe those are considered canon, yes. (Atleast the non-crossover ones aside from the two he had with Ash)

Then Jason breaks Leatherface over his knee. The man was able to actually fight evenly with Uber Jason for a whole before Uber Jason finally got the upper hand and killed him.
