Lilimon vs Devimon & Etemon (Digimon Adventure 01 Versions)

Lilimon was clearly weaker than the other Chosen Perfects but could she still take first two villains at once before she would de-digivolve into either Palmon or Tanemon? Only anime feats are allowed for now.

Three different scenarios:

Scenario 1) Lilimon (in her first appearance) vs Base Devimon and Base Etemon

Scenario 2) Lilimon (EOS) vs Giant Devimon and Dark Network Etemon

Scenario 3) EOS Lilimon gets help from 01 WereGarurumon, while Giant Devimon and DN Etemon could get 01 SkullGreymon

How could these go?

Lilimon was clearly weaker than the other Chosen Perfects

In terms of raw power, yeah she lagged a bit but speedwise she was better than all of them having been able to actually evade MetalSeadramon's attacks for a period of time.

Scenario 1) Lilimon (in her first appearance) vs Base Devimon and Base Etemon

As much we rag on Lilimon's raw power, she straight up one-shotted Gerbemon who tanked attacks from FOUR EoS Adult levels all at once. For the record, later in the same fight, Gerbemon's trash can Black Hole was sucking in MetalGreymon and the entire point of this Digimon was to be an exception to the rule of poop Digimon being weaklings.

BlackTyrannomon can also easily be explained as her not wanting to hurt him because she knows he's influenced by a virus and she wants to free him from it, which is what she ended up doing.

But yeah Lilimon should win this handily.

Scenario 2) Lilimon (EOS) vs Giant Devimon and Dark Network Etemon

Still think she wins to be perfectly honest, they are never tagging her when MetalSeadramon had difficulty doing so and as stated before, she one-shotted a Digimon who was more of a threat to MetalGreymon than either of these guys were.

Scenario 3) EOS Lilimon gets help from 01 WereGarurumon, while Giant Devimon and DN Etemon could get 01 SkullGreymon

WereGarurumon murks SkullGreymon.

Kaiser Nail pushed back Vamdemon when it actually landed (albeit he blocked it with his cloak) and he was able to damage VenomVamdemon's head with a kick before MetalGreymon knocked him on his big ass.

Skullgreymon doesn't really have a lot to go on aside from tanking attacks from early - mid series Chosen Adults and one-shotting the enemy Greymon. Even in 02 he's deemed an inferior option to Virus MetalGreymon, who is explicitly weaker than the Vaccine version.

Chosen Perfects win every round.

I guess I underestimated Lilimon again, mostly because somehow I thought that Devimon’s illusions or Etemon’s Love Serenade would’ve (potentially) disrupted her a bit but yeah most probably they can’t. That seems right though.

I mean Lilimon already knows about Devimon's illusions, which is likely the reason he didn't try them twice and Etemon has never used Love Serenade on a Perfect Level Digimon, certainly not one that is as strong or stronger than him.

That’s true.

And now I remembered that while Lilimon was defeated by Vamdemon, she devolved into Tanemon at the first time actually at the time Vamdemon was already defeated by Chosen team at the first time, Wizarmon healed her though but she didn’t still devolve.

Zudomon did pretty much the same (though wasn’t paralyzed by Vamdemon) since he also spent about two episodes in that form after his debut.

So yeah, I guess Lilimon stomps even harder.

Yeah this is because Palmon and Gomamon were much more experienced (and therefore stronger and with more stamina) when they got their Perfect level evolutions than the other were who got it earlier. The exact same is basically said of Tailmon for why she didn't even go back to Child level after first evolution, requiring a whole other fight before her energy was drained to that point.

Yeah that makes perfectly sense given HolyAngemon didn’t devolve either after Piemon fight until Apocalymon devolved the entire team at once.

However, Angewoman devolved instantly after Vamdemon fight though but she used so much power then so no wonder AND it was Vamdemon, not any fodder Perfect.

Yes but Tailmon was then able to evolve AGAIN right after that for the VenomVamdemon fight, making it more likely she deliberately devolved to save energy rather than actually having ran out of energy. It wasn't until AFTER that where she finally devolved to Plotmon.

She clap them, even without the EoS feats, she is clearly above base Etemon and base Devimon, hell Giant Devimon even accept that file island had digimons that are stronger than him, before vanish.

Scenario 2) Lilimon (EOS) vs Giant Devimon and Dark Network Etemon

Same result, the most feared attacks of them are things that Lilimon already knows, so they can't get her easily and she even without being the most powerful of the chosen one perfects, was able to keep with Digimon above her weight. Not easily like round 1 but not a big deal either.

Scenario 3) EOS Lilimon gets help from 01 WereGarurumon, while Giant Devimon and DN Etemon could get 01 SkullGreymon

SkullGreymon would not help and probably by how it acts will even being a nuisance to them meanwhile Weregarurumon and Lilimon can work together perfectly and WereGarurumon can still one-shot Devimon or Etemon easily like and Metalgreymon or Agnemon did to them. Hell he even get a draw alongside Angemon when they fight Vamdemon at night when he was in his peak of strength.
