I only recognize caedus and krayt in that S tier and my memory tells me neither belongs at the top
 
He put Vader over Plagueis.

There's also the hilarity of Lumiya, Krayt, and Darish Vol being above Valkorion/Sith Emperor, Sidious, Plagueis, and Exar Kun. He also said repeatedly he thinks Nihilus could be as powerful as Sidious and Valkorion or Caedus and Plagueis.

its a very weird tier list to say the least.

Blame it on King Jfforey being paranoid as hell that the Google Net Gestapo was apparently out to hunt him down and get him. This is why the last few years had hyperlinks linkg to other imagehosts, file-uploaders, and scans were killed, archived posts, threads, blogs, articles, calc threads, etc...HARD erased off the server's database, and increasingly less transparent means to peer into NF's site without registration and longer join dates.
