Just finished adding night actions management for hosts/cohosts!

Success rate will be adjustable in the future in per-game settings, but for now, it'll be set based on what default percentage we decide on and modified via Admin CP.

If anyone has any suggestions/feedback, feel free to let me know your thoughts!
