BlackWarGreymon's sitting at continental and quad digit MHA speed.
Not sure what manga Mewtwo specifically scales to but there are definitely versions that can beat Adventure BlackWarGreymon.

Depends of how is take the high end of manga Mewtwo and his fight with Deoxy. And the things that the other Deoxys does in ORAS manga, like moving the Grand Meteor Delta to the earth.
Also the fact that Blackwargreymon Dark Gaia Force can match Imperialdramon FM positron cannon and how his existence affect the balance in Digital world even when the 4 Holy Beast power was active sealing part of it in the process.
Also, how we took the speed of Deoxys considering that him move the meteor really fast. But the distance is a bit uncertain.

Isn't Mewtwo planet-level and possibly FTL? If the Adventure anime version of BlackWargreymon is only continental level...

Yeah, sadly anime BlackWarGreymon gets punked, he could stomp though if we are just very generous, and we could somehow accept that "MetalEtemon absorbed Galaxy sized Black Hole" stuff (since BWG >>>>> MetalEtemon in raw power), or if we could just use composite BlackWarGreymon

Well I still prefer Pokemon more than Digimon as a series (but not by much nowadays honestly as I've grown weary of both of them outside of passing nostalgia).
And since Digimon usually stomps Pokemon in matches, I guess I'm just rooting for the underdog here.

But yeah seriously, BlackWarGreymon sadly loses to this one without any iffy stuff, because the anime version wasn't that great by feats.
I think it's a shame because his character itself was an absolutely great, but sadly he can't get scaled to Adventure top tier mons, and therefore yeah he's stuck at Continent level just like most other Adventure 01/02 Ultimates are (until Tri managed to bump the Adventure Chosen Ultimates a bit, since two of them punked Imperialdramon FM then).
BWG didn't appear in Tri at all though so sadly he doesn't benefit from it.

Continental level BWG is laughable.
BWG created distortions that were second only to those created by Apocalymon and his existence alone was sealing Qinglongmon's powers.He also matched an 02 experienced Wargreymon who should be way stronger than in 01.
Wargreymon defeated 2/4 Dark Masters.
The Dark Masters defeated and sealed away the Four Holy Beasts. The Holy Beasts protect the space-time of the Digital World and maintain its balance.
They're literally the pillars that keep the Digital World and even other worlds from collapsing. Like a bridge; destroy the pillars, and the bridge collapses. The bridge would be the Digital World,and it'll be collapsing onto a myriad of other worlds, resulting in a mishmash of worlds or a world of nothing but darkness/nothingness.
They are the 4 cornerstones that keep the world afloat, and without them, there very much is no Digital World. Their power even extends to the Human World. The relationship between the Digital World and the Holy Beasts is like that of Elysium/The Underworld and Hades in Saint Seyia. Their existence holds it together.
The other worlds affected by the balance collapsing being:
- Dark Area - infinite,multi-layered, world of darkness/nothingness from which Devimon AND Apocalymon come from. Not inferior to the Digital World; basically the Digital World's Hell. Each Digital World has its own Dark Area. The deepest known layer, Cocytus, is shared by each Dark Area and Digital World. There's only one Cocytus. It can swallow both the Digital and Human Worlds. Time stops within the Dark Area and there is no conventional space. The Dark Area exists in an altogether separate layer and is situated in a dimensional distortion.
- Dark Ocean - The Dark Ocean is stated in 02 to be another world/dimension
- Native world of darkness of Daemon- Demon comes from a different world of darkness compared to Devimon and Vamdemon.

We also have in Adventure mentions of other worlds in the Adventure server connected with the gate in Vamdemon's castle. And the number is not small at all.
If you permutate the number of cards with the number of equivalent slates you get 362,880 possible combinations.

This is the card combo that the children used wich led them back to the place they were when they were sucked in the Digital World. Oikawa used the same card combo
but with the Agumon card instead of the Gomamon card making them end up in a different world, a world that materializes wishes.Kakudo also confirmed on Twitter that the pillars of light appearing in the last episode of 02 are other worlds connected with the Dark Ocean besides the Digital and Human Worlds. Each pillar of light is a parallel world.The Holy Beasts keep all these worlds and many others on the floating line simply by existing. And the Dark Masters are stated in the Light Novel to rival them in power.
But how were the worlds on the floating line with the Holy Beasts sealed you may ask? Well the Dark Masters didn't just beat them into submission and sealed them away they did much more. They had Nanomon develop a program that would upturn the current world order and replace it with theirs. That's what Spiral Mountain is. The Dark Masters took the place of the Holy Beasts as the new pillars of the world. That's why when a Dark Master is defeated the section of Spiral Mountain under their control dissapears into nothingness.
Digimon Adventure also works with the outflow theory of Neoplatonism,Emanationism and Gnosticism. The Digital World is a higher world from the perspective of the Human World. The Digital World and its layers are higher planes of existence. Each layer is a higher world to the one bellow it and a lower world to the one above it. There's a physical-metaphysical difference between the layers. The metaphysical of a lower layer is the physical of a higher layer. And even in Adventure the Digital World is not a single place, it's multi-layered.
Also Mewtwo cannot mindrape BWG as he doesn't have a Digicore and even if he had you have to affect the Digicore directly in order to do that and the Digicore is protected by the wireframe that makes up the Digimon's body. And BWG is fast enough to blitz Mewtwo. Mons at the level of the Holy Beasts should have immeasurable speed from scaling to or above them.
