If they really tried they could have made a cool story for Stranger of paradise, even multiple endings if they wanted to considering how FF have a shitton of alternate realities, also lost opportunity for a superboss where we fight the 4 FF1 WOL as Chaos alone
Would absolutely be cool but yeah, you can't have it all.
Basically. I actually get what they was going for but watching the ending for myself seriously shows that they had no fucking idea what he was doing so he just comes off as insanely incompetent as well as everyone else does.
The Lufenian shit seems even more ridiculous but considering Dissidia Final Fantasy, that shit actually makes some extremely stupid amount of sense.
Not sure if they are gonna bother with extra stories or not though.

Okay so I'm looking at the ending right now. I'm probably missing some shit(stuff that I probably predicted) but is Jack giving into hatred as quick as he fucking does supposed to be retarded

Actually one of the easier bosses. He hits hard but I didn't even need to use any of the summons. The fight is fun not hard. And all his moves are pretty easy to avoid.
The problem is that people don't know how to play the game, and that's why they can't beat him.

I've only seen bits and pieces, but I think his friends have been pumping him full of darkness the whole time to create this situation
Also this was his plan from the start but his memories got wiped and his fractured memories are adding to the, uh, chaos
