Being honest, this has convinced me Konami can make Red-Eyes good by just doing what they did here: Give Red-Eyes just a few more great cards that build upon their best cards in the current pool over disjointed nostalgia support meant for casual play

But they dont. Which is a shame, I’d seriously argue Red-Eyes is actually in a better spot then Dark Magician thanks to more potential for one card combos and all the generic good Dragon support.

I really don’t think Dark Magician will ever become anything beyond casual because of all their cards needing at least one other combo piece to do anything in a game that’s ruled by one card combos or very consistent two card combos at best.

The fact that recent DM support insists you play and have Dark Magician Girl, another brick, on field with Dark Magician has only exasperated this issue much more.

Konami is biding their time. They only just capitalized on DM of Chaos’ potential with dragon magia and master of chaos.

I actually saw Inside Out 2 this Fourth of July at my new mall's theater after our older movie theater died.

Pretty good movie. Better than the first Inside Out, because this sequel made Riley look cuter as she grew older and made her into a more interesting and relatable character to project your personality into as an empty slate in this sequel.

I think it's actually legitimately one of the best Pixar films I've seen or even one of the better modern animated films I've seen in recent years.

How so?

I thought that despite their live-action movies still not being significantly much better than the MCU, DC is still doing a better job than Marvel when it comes to their comics and animation, no?

And yes while Star Trek has always been "woke" in the broadest sense of the word during their franchise's run in the past decades, I always thought their expanded universe and cosmic-scale lore is a lot deeper, richer, and more fascinating than their rival Star Wars, even if their battle and action scenes may not seem nearly as exciting and intense as the Jedi's and Sith's of course of course...

And I say that as someone who's never been a die-hard fanboy of both media franchises from childhood.

And no matter how much I liked and enjoyed both Inside Out movies, I still stand by my belief that it's bullshit that the Oscar's chose Inside Out over a Ghibli film like Marnie for Best Animated Film in 2016.

Comics-wise they are doing the exact same shit that's crippling Marvel and animation's about the only thing either one of them has anything good in.

The only superhero comics legitimately doing well right now are non-mainstream ones that are usually crowd funded, largely 'cause they just give people what they want from the genre (ie good stories about super heroes kicking ass) instead of crowbarring in woke politics at the expense of the story.

None of this changes the fact that Star Trek Discovery was a train wreck that fucked Trek's lore and universe in basically the same way the sequels did Star Wars.

And I say that as someone who isn't a Trek fan nor have I ever had any interest in it (I don't like pure sci-fi shit). Just someone who watched more than enough videos of people talking about how bad STD is, to know that it was most certainly NOT always that way.
