But as I said, this line makes more sense in context and is less anti-religion (considering he's part of a religious order himself) and more just anti-human. This is a man who abandoned his family and his humanity to become an "Angel" so it makes sense for him to say this. It's also just played for laughs as Dante flippantly disregards him as delusional in over-the-top fashion and executes his ass.

An actual demon should not really care about this sort of thing.

Hell if anything Berial here found it absurd that a HUMAN was posing as GOD.

mini review time about the bleach rebirth game





before starting, litjow has once again, another lit theme


now, lets speak about the game, it feels like a combo, gameplay wise, of fanfic zero/ggear strive and the kimetsu game, but still has its own personality, visuals are crisp and hd, combos and all, not bad at all, at least, it has less bugs than the vanilla of fanfic zero, despite being also in its early state, wifi is solid, ost is lit once again, has plus several costumes, even from the final arc (me and xhom said this a long time ago, that prob will be added, but now it's canon), i think with few patches and several few more chars, it will be the best bleach game

now, cons time, feels censored, and the story mode was weak, literally pg era levels, cutscenes are barely ok levels, roster is ''weaker'''compared to heat the soul 6 and 7 roster from psp land, for now, way less chars, at least the voice acting for dub has improved, even though, i still use sub for series like kubo land

still needs a bit more polish in the moves and fluid action

summary: i was expecting it worse, but, it's actually a quite solid fighting game, and i liked it, way more than vanilla version of fanfic zero - gameplay wise, even though, fanfic zero had better roster and accessories (i repeat, i compare them, with their day 1 vanilla editions)

but i can feel it, with few more patches, it will be at least current/patched fanfic zero levels

The music does a lot of heavy lifting for this fight from an emotional standpoint, though I REALLY wish they'd given us like a flashback or two of them before the game so the moment could hit HARDER than it does.

I get the priority was gameplay but if you're gonna try to put in emotional beats like this at all then you need to put the work in to make them land. It's pretty hard to care about a character we as the player knew for all of 2 or 3 minutes at the start. Obviously Eve cares and we care about Eve but that's as far as it goes.

Fight itself is fun though.
Granted the only meh bosses I've seen so far are Corrupter and Maelstrom, the bosses are pretty solid in general in this game.

even if Rick and Morty can defeat Sephiroth I'll probably be turned into a fly or something and made the butt of the joke before being abandoned.
