I actually consider both Mickey/Donald and Bugs Bunny/Daffy/the Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry as equals in my book and I treat them all like Gods of cartoons and the Gods of American media.

Btw, as bad as contemporary Disney/Pixar is by and large, I honestly think Mickey gets a little too much undeserved hate as a character himself.

Yeah I agree.

Disney and American animated movies actually used to be THE best in the entire world from the 1930's up until the mid-2000's.

It was only about two decades ago when the Hollywood animation industry started falling off to the point of sucking all kinds of dicks and asses right now.

Always felt less funny to me as a kid compared to Loony Toons and Tom and Jerry. It's fine when you look at the past and they are not bad but I always felt like the best parts of Disney were stuff like Fantaisa that was shoved to the side for the more kid friendly or slapstick comedy when it bombed. Surely not enough to get so "patriotic" over it being insulted since there were always better cartoons for slapstick humor.

It's more that he got so overrated as a character due to how big Disney was while others like me always thought Bugs Bunny was funnier. Like I said he's fine but not that good.
 

Sony had to play catch-up with the rough start they had with the PS3 but by 2008-2009, they were pumping out bangers left and right

Killzone 2 is easily a top 10 FPS tbh. Killzone 1 was too slow and clunky for my tastes and Killzone 3 got rid of the grimy and realistic identity it had and became just another sci-fi shooter.

Crazy too because for a game released on the PS3 it looks a lot better and even more cinematic than a lot of modern games that try to present themselves as 'realistic' and 'cinematic'.

Tried to go to bed after work. I work nights, and was on my phone, laying down. Problem is I fought the drowsiness a bit, and I think that might have triggered it. Heart went completely out of sync and started beating like I was on speed, but it wasn't the right kind of beat. I was at over 150 beats per minute, when the ambulance picked me up. And it was getting progressively worse. Since my heart was struggling to get back to normal, and the strain was giving me chest pain. They put me on a drug to slow down my heart-rate, and eventually I got back to the normal rhythm.

All of that only happened because I am one of the lucky ones who can actually notice it, because I am autistic regarding details like that, because if I didn't? It would have kept trying to fix itself until my heart stopped and just gave.
 
I’m sorry you had to go through something like that. I wish you a good full recovery.
