Well at least something positive is coming out of this Netflix Devil May Cry show.
It's drawing more eyes to the games which, hopefully, should make these people realize how bad the show was.

I mean I get why people found it iffy but at the end of the day, who really cares about what colour a Ranger actor gets assigned unless its red?

If anything, it was more suspect that they refused to cast a man as the Yellow Ranger which, considering how David Yost was apparently treated on set, I think there's an obvious reason for that and THAT is what I take issue with.
 
Just caught up with Boruto

LIke i said in the Naruto thread, this shit sucks , it's just impossible to take the story seriously at any level. The terrible powerscaling is just one aspect of it, though a big one.

Like, imagine if DBZ went the way it usually goes, with the stakes steadily increasing and the new villain being much stronger than the last. Except, the protagonists are forever stuck at like, Saiyan saga human levels, and we're supposed to pretend them holding their own against these supposedly insurmountable enemies makes any lick of sense. Well, that's Boruto in a nutshell.

Just these last few chapters you have Mitsuki holding his own against Ryu. For context, the later is a dude who's shown fodderizing Code, a dude stated ad nauseam to be >>> Jigen, a guy who negged full power Naruto and Sasuke together.
Now on Mitsuki's end... He's vaguely > Orochimaru levels
