It's in actuality prob the same deal with COD. The inability or unwillingness to go the extra mile and properly compress the damn file.
The important part is they didn't change the mechanics.
I don't have a good gaming PC (I have a Macbook) and am usually just a console scrub (pls don't bulli), so I can't get Skyblivion, so I might just check this out.
