Except Decade was said to be able to erase a Super Sentai world and Ohma Zi-O scales above a stronger version of him.

Except Decade didn't actually do this, and you already admitted that Asmodeus would beat him. Zi-O after already getting his ultimate form was still subjected to the narrative powers of Asmodeus. They already encountered each other, and it ended with Zi-O needing help from everybody else. And three people who had the same power as Asmodeus to boot. It took a team effort to destroy him.

This is like saying the Flash could have beaten the Anti-Monitor by himself.

It was not "bad" writing. It was series escalation in order to raise the stakes of the conflict. There was a tangible reason why Asmodeus was this overpowered.

Even the backstory for Asmodeus establishes him as the protector of their combined multiverse who prevented changes in their stories before he became evil, and had to be sealed. The Anti-Monitor comparison is apt.

Though this is obviously not gonna stay this way. Series escalation and all that. There will probably be future Super Sentai and Kamen Riders who are even more ridiculous.

The Zi-O Stage Show is explicitly an alternate canon to the Over Quartzer movie.

Alternate canon doesn't change the fact that the Stage Shows have never been stated to be official canon. Example: Kabuto's God-Speed-Love movie explicitly involves the main timeline and how the present Tendou got the Kabuto Zecter and the Hyper Zecter's time travel and acasuality mechanics vs Agito's crossover HBV special with Ryuki's that is decidedly not-canon because it involves violating multiple rules set up in Ryuki's world.

The moment Touma realized what was going on, and that he was in the real world or whatever after he got erased from existence with the perfect life he always wanted? He immediately started to fix everything, and snapped Shotaro out of his funk. None of that "but what about me" garbage. Threw his perfect life away to save everyone without hesitation, and helped Shotaro rewrite everyone back into existence even while he was balling. Great shit. If only Kamen Rider Saber had been like that 24/7 instead of just in the movie.

Well, Shirakura tweeted that Over Quartzer was canon to the mainline series. But then that was retconned in the stage show where they say that Over Quartzer movie and the stage show is an AU.

Doesn't really matter though cause I already said that stage show feats are allowed in the op.

You can allow it but Toei's official policy as a standard is that the stage shows are not canon.
