Yeah, it could happen. They are pretty close to smoothie and the gang. Though it's also abit of a waste of panel time to bring both BM pirates and CP0 here for nothing.
 
So fire seems to be DNA based. Why the fuck Judge and Co never mentioned it.

I think he will be significantly stronger than Who's Who, and I believe the CP0 boss is between Admiral level and FM+, so Lucci been portrayal as the No.2 of CP0 right now at YC2 is reasonable.

Anything above that, we really need more hype or feat.

or like Amol said in the other forum, maybe it's not Germa Genes. Maybe it's something that his mom did.
