So some of themes in one piece really has hints of old testaments and existence of old religion before WG existed .
- Adam's tree - location unkown (possible location Mariejoa)
- Eden's tree - Fishman island
- tree of knowledge - Ohara
- Evil serpant - ???
- City of God (God Valley)

Connection Im and the serpant ?
I looked through various mythology Serpant has been common enemy of God in egyptian mythology as well . Apophis was enemy of Sun God Ra .(https://www.worldhistory.org/Apophis/)
So my theory is oda has been building up Im for very long time in this manga . Of course we know there is Sun God Nika who was the deity slaves were looking upto possible hints of old religion that vanished long back by World govt .
- Possible Hints of Sun race that has been hinted all along in the manga
1. Oda has shown the hints Luffy represents the Sun race that were wiped out in void century .
- His ship is literally named Thousand sunny
- Sun pirates represent opression against slavery by Fisher tiger
- Possible hints of Sun god mentioned in Skypiea . Remember Kalgara's daughter was sacrificed to sun god and Noland killed that snake.
