I feel like this is just an acknowledgment that they’re Yonko. And Mihawk is smart enough to know that fighting THREE Emperors and their crew is suicide without prep. Shanks alone was Mihawk’s rival so his entire crew is nothing to sneeze at, much less all of them + Luffy & Blackbeard.
People just want Mihawk to act like Vegeta I swear
If Beckman really has Advanced CoC I don't see how Crocodile defeats him, nevermind Roo and Co
Same with Zoro and Sanji who now can probably use their Wano powerups without the massive stamina drain

Mihawk was just stating facts, especially as he had zero intentions of fighting two Non Swordmen (Luffy and Teach) On Buggy's behalf
He was promised a peaceful life and Buggy just screwed it up

Yeah both Buggy and Croc aren’t top tier
Even if both were as strong as Awakened Lucci, which is laughable in Buggy’s case, they’d still fall short.
Mihawk would have to carry them both against fully fledged Yonko crews
CoO upgrade(likely against Shilliew) and Black Blade are still on the list
Now the question is will he get the Black Blade against Mihawk or an Admiral
Although Zoro can develop in a fight.

I'm going to assume that Zoro and Mihawk will have some final duel, Zoro will initially be overwhelmed, only to grow in battle and finally eclipse Mihawk
