It's really not debatable. It doesn't help that neither Saitama nor Garou can do that feat alone and if they even was or got that much stronger, Saitama's sneeze should have completely done far more damage than we've seen with Jupiter as Narita has done that sort of thing before.

It most likely is Large Planet level considering how huge Jupiter ultimately is.
It's primarily the "Void" that's the biggest point of contention since it's on way too many variables and isn't even clarified if it actually happened or not.
