In terms of AP he should cap out at Star Level+ to possibly Solar Level, if we assume a VSwiki calculation is applicable. (Questionable)
Some notable hax are some very potent soul based abilities (like trapping, destroying, manipulating, absorbing etc.), teleportation, resistance to illusions and the typical negative status ailments, spatial attacks and spatial BFR and most notable I guess BFR into his own sealed universe where he has full control over everything (similar to the realms in comics or 40K)
Several more but these were interesting enough to mention.
