Adam is something like Quintillion ? times faster than light right? So that alone should mean he can, even if we dont account for Zeus potentially universe level to which he would scale, pummel Saitama with some quintillon planet level punches before the other can react.

Saintama in anime version is Continent level (possible planet) and Sub-relativistic+
In theory Saitama should win when Adam gets tired and takes a punch since the bald with cape lacks enough speed to catch him but he only needs one punch to win, while Adam doesn't have enough power to damage him.
Knowing that Adam doesn't have unlimited stamina to argue for a draw, sooner or later Saitama will win.
