I'm not sure how strong the Regis are in comparison to the Narutoverse but the Bonus Round, pretty sure Regigigas as a composite clears.

Manga feats get them at a rock solid country+ for restraining the clashes of the box legends for a full month. Regigagas has a dex entry of it towing continents so it's above them. I'm not sure about the new ones.

Naruto as a verse is still above the Regis , Toneri's moon slash , Kaguya's planet buster ball or even BFR from Kamui a skill that Regigas is already shown to be weak
