I’m not speculating, she literally goes into detail on how All Fiction works through the image I posted. Plus Ajimu considers Book Maker more of a threat than All Fiction. In the manga she states that she has a skill that can nullify minus’s which would allow her to beat Kumogawa.
Even if Kumogawa can’t erase the universe he still has the better feat of erasing colors anyway.

She doesn’t even consider All Fiction a threat thanks to her Life Zero skill. She gave him Hundred Gauntlets even though she knew that it probably wasn’t a good idea because Book Maker was a bigger threat.

Aijmu literally admits that Kumogawa modified and altered the skill she gave him with All Fiction to make it more powerful then originally was or intended to be. Therefore you can't argue that she has that ability when he exceeded what she gave her and improved it. She knew only how All Fiction worked as she intended it before Kumogawa changed and altered it and outright says its a "bad idea" when he keeps powering up stuff to degrees she doesn't understand.
