Abaddon (the game's first real boss) can summon lightning bolts that Eve can dodge even at the start of the game (provided you don't suck like I do).

Mite attack in swarms and evolve based on ticks and rats.
Creeper can self-destruct and attack in swarms. They have unpredictable movement, flexible bodies, and a whip-like tail.
Mutated Mite can self-destruct, spray poison, and attack in swarms.
Boarlet fights in swarms. They attack by swinging their tails or by rolling with their spikes.
Tentacle can pierce enhanced concrete, metal flooring, and various armors. They are clumps of cells for the brain and only attacks the immediate area.

Skulling are a stealthy bunch and can contaminate corpses to possess them.

The "Extreme" iteration of the Nano Elements is called a Quantum Nerve. Their functions are more universal and heighten the capabilities of nanotechnology to the point it is considered "omnipotent". Even though it is said to be marketing jargon, the fact Mother Sphere is the only one who understands, developed, and advanced them beyond all human understanding.
Among the nano devices that use Nano Elements and Quantum Nerves are the Exospine modules. These are one of the main components to Eve (and other Andro-Eidos Androids) arsenal, as it enhances their already superb AI.

Tachy was once a skilled commander of the 7th Airborne Squad, Tachy was known for her unmatched speed. Corruption turned her into an Alpha Naytiba, leaving only her distorted form and a lingering pain that can only be ended by defeating her. Tachy uses her agility for tactical advantages, employing chain attacks, counterattacks, and energy-based projectiles from her Tachyon Blade. Fighting her requires sharp observation and quick responses.
Demogorgon was spawned from decayed biomaterials left on the Orbit Elevator during the Final War, the Demogorgon is a massive Naytiba that relentlessly climbs toward its goal, aware of its enemies’ locations. Its colossal size makes it difficult to destroy. However, targeting its weaknesses may provide an opening for victory.
Unidentified Naytiba, this mysterious Naytiba killed Tachy and is unique among its kind, driven by a personal vendetta against Mother Sphere and the Airborne Squad. It displays uncharacteristic hatred and emotion for a Naytiba. An embodiment of rage, it uses powerful projectiles, controls swarming hives, and launches aerial bombardments. It is a ferocious and unpredictable foe.

Raven, once betrayed by truth, Raven succumbed to madness and ecstasy under the Elder Naytiba’s influence. Now driven by revenge and blind worship, she embodies manipulation and cruelty.
