This game I don’t really think he did anything wrong. It’s completely your own prerogative when you claim. If the majority want you to claim and you refuse and get yourself lynched etc then it’s problematic but once he realised others wanted the claim and others were claiming, he claimed. He did have a strong role remember, it’s hardly like he was being precious about a VT claim

I’ve got no issues with him telling Ekko to fuck off at all lol.

Oh come on. If you weren't already very accustomed to his particular flavor of shit and he was just some rando this wouldn't even be a conversation. I don't think he broke any rules by the books nor do I care for punishment fwiw.

It’s not an issue. Even in the original point, you told him to claim and I tagged everyone in poe and said we were gonna have a mini mass claim. Again, you need to learn how to speak to people and work with people. You make literally everybody you come into contact with actively not want to work with you

Key word here. I recently played a game with Lethal where I pressed him for a claim and he purposely got himself modkilled. From the perspective of the players he likes to drag (Aurelian, Ekko, anyone who is socially acceptable to bully basically), it's probably exhausting as well. Ekko doesn't spite play or just randomly start chatting shit to you like a spazz, the worst he'll do is burden you with a bunch of nonsense.

What you find more tolerable is a matter of preference, but I consider being an idiot kosher, what Lethal does is arguably not

Lethal bullies people totally unprompted, or at least attempts to. You should consider the experience of players who are on the receiving end of that and tell him to knock it off. Someone who plays obnoxiously is above belt.

Indeed, but at least with lethal theres the prospect of acknowledgement and remorse, plus itll usually be over quick. No such luck with the alternative

He has been told to knock it off lol. Again, nobody ever defends lethal so he just gets a rebuke or relentlessly mocked and be done with it. Not like Ekko who has tried to loophole rules and play against the spirit of the game on multiple occasions, and aggravates people into tapping out of games who for whatever reason constantly draws defence from people like you despite causing a miserable experience for every single player he comes into contact with

Ftr I don’t really think lethal treats people any worse than you do. You can just laugh lethal off because he’s not very active and people don’t take him seriously. Ekko will just harass you and not let you play the game whatsoever outside of interacting with him, and you also will not let people play the game outside of whatever you yourself want to push

Also had to deal with a lot of unwarranted abuse so I think this is some deserved vindication.

HM - @Tempest - Had another great game and nailed scum left and right even without Ekko nudging him there for the most part. Was a really close decision but ultimately his early death meant he couldn't act on a lot of his reads.

HM - @Grammaton - Dragged his feet a lot early on but got better the longer the game went. His role usage was solid throughout and the MD on Flower turned out to be particularly clutch, I think without that one the game gets very unpredictable after she dueled out her own teammate. Also had a good handle on the RDK situation at the end.

Those are my picks. I was also considering Poyser and Ultra -- Poyser was on the kill target the first 3 nights which is impressive, even though he only actually blocked one of those kills, not like he could have done anything about it though. His reads were fairly unimpressive for his standards though, and there were some, uh.... communication issues that kept driving a wedge between him and some of his fellow townies. Ultra was towny enough to eat a strongman n1 and his reads were also fairly good, but he had the same communication issues as Poyser and also simply wasn't alive long enough to have more influence on the game.

Idk if I was more sensitive to it than usual because as the host I wanted everybody to have a good time, but I really didn't enjoy people insulting each other this game. When I'm just another player I tend not to notice/care nearly as much

cmon now this is straight up false, at least not in this game. i have done it in the past but that was long ago

the closest i had to a tunnel this game was ratchet but i didnt beat my chest and force it. dont think anyone thinks it was overboard

meanwhile ur tunnel of me day 1 got me to half majority. if they had an execute id be in trouble

ur just mad over being told that i didnt think ur answer addresses my question
