Eh I’m not really seeing sparkles as scum here

It’s hard to know how much stock you can put in last game since sparkles was a lone mafia lol, but last game she started much more proactive and was throwing around her suspicion and vote which is actually what I expect from her as scum (bearing in mind I did correctly read her scum last game)

This game she’s been far more tame with what she’s given and I think her positions track. Basically she thought Saber’s indecision looked towny (replied to ultras post about it) and then saw me sus the same post by ultra and decided to follow me on the vote. I don’t really have a problem with it.

Only point against her is she’s basically disappeared off the face of the earth, but it’s worth noting about her that 1) she prefers playing scum to town and tends to be more engaged when she’s scum and 2) last game she didn’t duck any heat and actively enjoyed trying to engage me and get me off her when I was pushing her

Feels like town sparkles imo, tho I’m not 100% obviously as it’s a small sample size
 
Like last game she was actively trying to prod multiple people and open up avenues where here she’s just pushed ultra and read Saber as town and hasn’t done anything else

I feel like as scum he's a bit of a coward, especially early, doesn't really try and find his own directions much. Here he is on an island in regards to CP (and I realise that this doesn't work if they're scum together, but I'm not actively working under that assumption at the moment). Also think if he flips Scum, Ultra is irrevocably tied to him, would be expecting something more from that duo to try and break that. Just feels like he's town, talking shit.

I agree that she's different to last game. Was mostly supporting CP's push, because I think that's most informative (if town, CP trends down, Ekko trends up, etc). I don't know how she plays as town at all.
 
Not against getting a claim from Ekko though to be fair. I agree with Soul that I didn't like his earlier stuff much at all, I wanted a claim earlier, and I think Ultra trying to stop me getting that could be a pretty bad look potentially because fir what reason does he need to police me getting his claim if he doesn't scum read me? I don't really think he thinks Ekko is so townie that I can't possibly read him as anything but.

That said I don't really think they're scum together.
 
I do think, between the two Ultra is more likely to be scum than Ekko. I forgot why I was town reading Ultra tbh but he has latched on to quite a bit so far without really putting it together in a coherent world view.

@Luka I explained why, but I don't think Fuji engages like this as scum. Doesn't seem to be any real strategy behind his play, obviously this read won't stand if he doesn't start to step it up but I can reconcile his play pretty easily as a townie that isn't applying full effort to the game. Just seems way too careless to me to be scum.

Probably 1 scum max here. As an aside, happy to lynch Aurelian whenever if we decide we want to trim the fat instead, don't really think he's scum but all he has done is flame and refuse to actually play so far.

Probably about here atm although I realise the lack of reads is an issue.

Luka I don’t really read him town based on his own play, although other than the potential slip I don’t really have a problem with him. It’s more that I’d be fairly surprised if at least one of ultra and Ekko aren’t scum and I don’t really see either being scum with luka

I really liked gad’s points about ultra. I do think that ultra is being performative in how he’s dealing with people and acting atrociously obnoxious about his reads which hasn’t really been earned. Regardless of ultra’s actual alignment, I consider posts like these a bit out of gad’s wheelhouse as scum. Plus the fact that I said already about his reaction to being pushed earlier by ultra for his reads

Ratchet is because he shut down ultra trying to suspect based on about 2 posts I’d made. I really don’t see him doing that as scum where I think he’d be much happier to let people suspect me and perhaps even encourage it somewhat. Not that he would never town read me as scum, it was more the earliness of it and the fact he used it to try and shut down someone else. Be fairly surprised if that came from scum

Ultra I could actually see going either way, he certainly is stubborn and just horrible to interact with as town too, so I could be misreading it although I do think he’s got good scum potential. I do read Ekko scum more strongly tho based on my posts above

I should probably have more of an opinion on sparkles tbh especially as people are voting her and Tempest is pretty familiar with her and thinks she’s scum so I’ll probably iso her in a sec

Hm. I don't see why you'd be towning Ratchet off of reading us both town if you think I could be scum, actually. Doesn't feel like you thought this through.

I can see that, you know. Kinda feel like he's been a bit soft so far, could definitely see him as scum.
