The Mighty Boosh is a British comedy series created by Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding which aired for 3 seasons on the BBC. It features the adventures of Howard Moon and Vince Noir (as well as Naboo and Bollo) and their bizzare journeys across space and time. As well as the TV series, there was also a stage play, as well as The Book of Boosh. Be warned, this could contain offensive content (I will always try to avoid as such, but if I have to I will try to censor it and post warnings first).

The Moon is a major character in the series, and starting with season 2 appears in every episode at least once to say something profound. It spins around, as well.

The Moon licked the Suns back, and the Sun doesn't know that the Moon did this.


The Moon can move its own length to confront the Imposter Moon, and summons Jupiter to eat the Imposter Moon (the Imposter Moon can also spin around fast like the real Moon).

Charlie the Bubblegum Monster is a creature out of Vince Noirs imagination. Despite this though, he was able to make it into the real world when Vince's intellectual property is stolen by Dixon Brainbridge, and summons two bubblegum minions, summoning a horizon-spanning storm as he does.


According to the story, Charlie survives being melted and put back together in the shape of a hoover, and goes around sucking up the Innuits, but the Innuits are happy inside him and refuse to come out. However, they soon suffocate, and in his panic Charlie fires the frozen Innuits as bullets into Eric Philips eyes. Eric then steals Eric Philips magic carpet and flies to Seattle (shamans magic carpets can travel across astrological distances in a relatively short timeframe).

Charlie is genius, right. He's made from a million old pieces of bubble gum. Imagine that. In the summer of 1976 on the way home from an Alice Cooper concert, Charlie started to melt on the pavement. It was too hot in L.A and he melted, like a pink bitch. Luckily though, there was Eric Phillips, a local crocodile who dabbled in black magic. He took pity on Charlie, and scraped him off the floor with a pair of fish slicers. He poured him into an antique soup ladel, and boarded his magic carpet, destination, Alaska. Eric Phillips decided to refreeze Charlie, but in his cold blooded reptilian haste, he refroze him into the shape of a hoover. Charlie wasn't phased though, he just zoomed about the place, sucking up Inuits. The Inuits didn't mind. They loved it in Charlie's big tight warm belly pouch, and they refused to come out. Charlie said, "I'm cool with that!" And set fire to a posh hammer to make it official. The downside was that the Inuits suffocated imediately. It was air-tight in there. Charlie panicked, and fired the tiny Inuit bullets into to Eric's crocodile peepers. The green shape, was frozen. After a quick drink, Charlie stole Eric Phillip's magic carpet, and left for Seattle. Charlie was racked with guilt. He'd killed 50 Inuits, no one needs that. He decided to spend the rest of his life putting small hairstyles onto boots, monkey nuts, trumpets, and spanners. - Vince Noir

Phil the Reaper has a car that lets him fly across the cosmos to the Nether World. However, he accidently reaps Howard when he's disguised as an ape and takes him to Monkey Hell.


Monkey Hell is ruled by the Ape of Death.

The Mirror World is a tiny pocket world filled with mirrors which lead to different planes of existence, which is watched over by Mr Susan. There are 17 mirrors in the Mirror World, not taking into account Mr Susans mirror balls. Vince uses this gateway realm to make his way to Limbo (minor NSFW warning).

Sandstorm is a sand monster who can cause sandstorms and sand down stone with his sandpaper body and hands. However, he cannot love (not even himself). So Vince befriends him by giving him some gloves (NSFW warning).


Sandstorm later comes to Vinces aid and turns Evil Tree into a table in seconds by sanding him down.

The Black & White Rainbow steals all of the colours in the entire Universe by absorbing them into his own being, which Charlie, Bob Dylan and some others help return (in the span of a night).
