Caine is the first vampire and the second mage. He should have every single ability that all the vampires and mages have. His speed is immeasurable as it seems every high tier can easily travel around in realms and places where time and space don't exist or outside of time. Otherwise probably ftl or mftl as Mages can travel to Saturn, though is a realm of time, and moving around in the Time Realm is moving in time. I think Caine’s dc is universe level, as it seems every high-tier mage and vampire can just fuck around with stars and realms or create their own stars and realms.

Death holds away over all the multiverse of Death’s Gambit. The Observer can sort through infinite possible times to defeat Xyarlohatp who is not at any fixed point in time but all of them due to existing outside time and space.
