i think its possible the hydra cannon is stronger
i mean think about it, if the requiem blaster is supposed to have the power of a supernova, and the other two weapons are relative to it in power, that doesnt sound like just planet level to me
hell in the armada comics if we wanna go there its explicitly stated the mini-cons have a lot of power that they hold back, and they use said power to attack and cripple unicron lmao
 
I know I'm kinda late to this but I'm pretty sure the "infinite galaxy" is a mistranslation and it probably says "infinite universe" in Japanese. Both galaxies and universes are sometimes referred to as "uchu" iirc.
