Transformers feats/discussion

Cybertronian transports ever created, capable of transporting great amounts of equipment and personnel. A unique guidance system and experimental transwarp engines allow it to use gravitational pulls to help it "slingshot" across the galaxy in mere moments.RCO012_1462960832.jpg

I found a few feats in Skybound but I think you should check it out yourself:

  • In the battle with Skywarp, Optimus destroys a small building.
  • He lifted Devastator above himself and threw it.
  • Skywarp easily threw several cars back several dozen meters with one wave of his hand.
  • Optimus survived the Energon explosion and fall from orbit.
  • Megatron, wounded by Starscream, survived the fall from orbit.
  • Starscream traveled 2 kilometers in one page.

I mean pre-arm optimus on skybound should likely scale off to starscream or soundwave who can destroy fighter jets which i think can get to City Block Level (gotta check those references for common feats stuff since i'm a bit misremembering) thing is Starscream and Soundwave were also damaging Optimus at issue 1 iirc.

Post-arm Optimus got his arm ripped, defeated Skywarp and embarrased Devastator in a fight, in issue around 12-14 iirc Optimus with Megs' arm pushed Devastator to Shockwave's harvester which led the harvester to destroy

Skybound is either like Building or City Block till Town Level or possibly Multi-Continent which that meta is funny due to Devastator also it is a outlier

It would be interesting to see
looks like it was from Universe issue #1

If you want to read Universe you'll have to refer to the TFWiki out of print media archive link in OP, it has never been uploaded onto any comic reading websites afaik, same with Primeval Dawn

its so funny i think this might be the most ive seen megatron use his black hole powers

Mega-Megatron is giant even compared to the titans which is also hysterical and it has to be destroyed by ramming him with the entire Nemesis

also i have seen the black hole teleporting feat before, i never once thought about the fact that megatron

teleports

to the my little pony universe????

is this even megaversal range atp
I think Megatron with that Matrix amp was also said to end a universe by just vanishing Primus iirc. I still think Megatron in this comic is around Solar System I guess.

Devastator broke Ark's walls. Ark can survive being lodged into a mountain (IIRC, Ark crashed into the mountain like in G1).

I think @grillmaster went over this already but I saw tfwiki had cited at least the story titles of Vector Prime's Earth Wars events and decided to check them out

some key notes
-Vector Prime is sworn to non-intervention, so this explains why despite his (newly christened) omniversal awareness he is having the autobots take steps to stop Nova, this kinda mirrors how he spoke in Balancing Act and AVP, that he generally doesn't get involved. He also pretty clearly talks about normally being outside time and preferring not to interact too much linearly. I'd missed this initially and was kinda wondering "why the hell is he having Optimus take care of this lol"
-Nova is trying to wipe out/reset every single timeline via the "Time Vortex" (no clue what this even is). He pretty directly says "from the ruins of countless realities a glorious new one will arise"

I Know this isn't in reference to The Shroud but Nova's Time Vortex "breaking down the barriers of all realities" is hilariously close to being an Anti-Shroud

According to the Decepticons the Dark Star Saber can pull something from the past that would allow them to create an anti-Time Vortex weapon. This is almost certainly Solus' Forge

I don't know the names of those military vehicles or weapons all that much.
A-10-AC-130.jpg

if this helps, the A-10 is on the left, A-10 thunderbolt aka A-10 warthog

AC-130 is a gunship

far as i can find firepower wise theyre comparable but the AC-130 can loiter around in one area for longer, though i dont think this matters much i just thought it was neat

i do think its interesting how different writers can interpret vectors non-interventionism

i always saw it as vector can interfere when someone is fucking with the timestream but not if things are going bad (example, as awful as it is, DOTM isnt a disruption of the timestream, or like we see in balancing act, shockwave in the marvel comics defeating the autobots and taking primes severed head to harness the creation matrix
these are terrible events but theyre how the flow of history goes

BW megatron blasting G1 optimus in the face though, he can do something about
thats fucking with time and threatening everything from permanent decepticon victory to unraveling reality itself or unicron consuming that universe with no matrix to stop him

Yeah I agree, he only seems to get involved when someone alters things from how they should go

Also interesting Earth Wars establishes the Forge can make literally anything you can imagine, so it being powerful enough to shatter the Star Saber makes a lot more sense in the wider context
