now that you mention it 
iirc his higher form but it’s a weird case in context. iirc him and the Alternity keep fighting over that specific galaxy, when he destroys it they undo it with their cosmic powers. He shakes a bunch of universes in his death throes so he has that as a better representation of his power anyhow
